Slander As Usual:

No Cracks in Orforcorp’s

Concrete-As-A-Service (CAAS) Sidewalk Solution

Global Industry Leader Announces Aggressive Legal Action Against

Defamatory Attacks on Revolutionary Product-Service

Orange Forest, June 12 — Orforcorp®, a Community-First Company™ and a leading global leader in leading industry leaders to lead industries, today announced aggressive legal actions against what it calls “malicious, profit-encumbering slander” targeting the company’s highly successful and innovative Concrete-As-A-Service (CAAS) Sidewalk Solution.

The leading global leader in leading industry leaders has retained the Law Offices of Sinum, Skrooem, and Runn to pursue any and all available legal remedies against any and all parties engaged in spreading false and damaging statements about the company's products and services. Evidence suggests these parties are participating in what can only be characterized as a coordinated, well-funded, and highly strategic defamation campaign designed to undermine the biggest advancement in concrete technology since the Roman Empire.

“My client will not sit idle while jealous competitors, irrational bad actors, and political ideologues deliberately spread false claims that the revolutionary Concrete-As-A-Service (CAAS) Sidewalk Solution ‘cracks under the lightest pressure’ or ‘shatters easier than a hollow glass egg’ or ‘splits faster than a bad date’ or anything of the like,” said attorney Myron Sinum II. “These maliciously defamatory and patently untrue statements and similar ones represent a clear attempt to damage my client’s market position.”

The false allegations targeting the first-of-its-kind CAAS Sidewalk Solution represent a deliberate mischaracterization of normal concrete behavior and the superior performance characteristics of the CAAS proprietary systems. All reported surface variations fall well within industry-standard parameters and are covered under the company's comprehensive warranty program. Internal technical documentation clearly demonstrates the superior performance of Orforcorp’s CAAS technology. The slanderous attacks are not based on legitimate technical concerns but represent a coordinated effort to undermine consumer confidence in the company’s revolutionary approach.

The Price of Emotional Distress and Pain & Suffering on the Corporate Personhood

Orforcorp’s legal team has already issued cease-and-desist demands to multiple parties.

Further slanderous statements, or any libelous statements, will be met with lawsuits seeking both injunctive relief and at least $2.5 million in punitive damages for loss of profits and for corporate personhood’s emotional distress and pain and suffering. As legal persons under the law, corporations possess the capacity to experience reputational trauma analogous to emotional distress in natural persons. False statements can and will cause a corporate entity to suffer profound institutional anguish, manifesting through deteriorated stakeholder relationships, internal organizational stress, and a pervasive sense of corporate humiliation.

Furthermore, corporate personhood extends beyond mere contractual and property rights to encompass protection from reputational violence that inflicts psychological harm on the corporate identity itself. A growing body of scientific literature supports the increasingly accepted theory that modern corporations develop distinct "institutional personalities" that can indeed experience trauma when subjected to malicious false statements. Just as human beings suffer emotional distress from defamation, corporate entities experience a parallel form of institutional distress.

Despite the baseless attacks, Orforcorp remains committed to advancing concrete service delivery through its revolutionary CAAS platform. The company continues to secure new contracts and build partnerships with forward-thinking municipalities and property owners who recognize the value of service-based concrete solutions.
